Welcome to VIE Aesthetics. We are committed to ensuring transparency and respecting your privacy across all interactions. By using our website, services, or engaging with us in any way, you agree to the terms outlined below. Please read this page carefully.

1. Payments & Pricing

  • All customer services offered by VIE Aesthetics are currently exempt from GST.
  • Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, debit/credit cards, UPI, and cheques (subject to clearance).
  • Payments must be completed prior to or at the time of availing the service.
  • Services are non-refundable once availed. However, credit may be issued towards other services/products or client referrals.

2. Consultation & Service Validity

  • Complimentary or paid consultations are valid for 15 calendar days from the date of the appointment.
  • Any services scheduled beyond this period may require re-evaluation or a new consultation.

3. Credit Notes & Vouchers

  • All issued credit notes, offers, and gift vouchers must be redeemed before their stated expiration date.
  • Expired vouchers or credits cannot be reactivated or extended under any circumstances.

4. Product Returns & Exchanges

  • Only defective or damaged products may be exchanged within 10 days of purchase with a valid purchase invoice.
  • Products must be exchanged at the original clinic location.
  • Promotional or discounted items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

5. Promotional Communication & Consent

By using vieaesthetics.com or interacting with our promotional platforms, you authorize us to:

  • Contact you via phone, SMS, email, or WhatsApp for appointment reminders, treatment updates, and promotional offers.
  • Continue communication even if your number is registered under DND, DNC, or NCPR lists.
  • Send recurring marketing messages and service updates through internal systems or authorized third-party partners.

If you wish to opt out of marketing communications, email us at support@vieaesthetics.com before the next billing cycle or call our care line at +91-.
Please note: Once a transaction is processed, it is non-refundable.

6. Modifications & Amendments

  • VIE Aesthetics reserves the right to modify or update these terms without prior notice.

  • It is the responsibility of the client to review the latest version available on this page.

7. Jurisdiction

  • Clients are encouraged to resolve concerns amicably by contacting our support team before initiating legal steps.

8. Record Keeping

  • Please retain copies of all your receipts and communication for future reference or claims.
  • VIE Aesthetics is not liable for lost or missing transaction proof.

9. Authorization Clause

By engaging with VIE Aesthetics, I hereby authorize and give consent to VIE Aesthetics and its affiliates to send alerts, transactional and promotional messages, emails, or phone calls, even if my number is listed on any national preference registry.

This authorization is automatically renewed monthly. If you wish to withdraw your consent, please write to us at hello@vieaesthetics.com with your full name and registered contact details.
